A neck cooler that cools you down when you wet it and wear it around your neck.
 The "Cool Dots" are made of aluminum with excellent thermal conductivity, providing a cool feeling when they come into contact with the skin, and the cooling mesh fabric has an evaporative cooling effect when wetted with water.
 It provides a long-lasting, moderate coolness, so it is recommended for those who don't like ice packs that are too cold.
