Delivery date and time

Orders placed by 2 pm (JST) Monday to Saturday will be shipped the same day after payment has been completed.
Orders placed on Sundays and holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Please note that delivery may not be available as requested for Okinawa, remote islands and some areas. Delivery may also be delayed due to weather or other circumstances.

You cannot specify a desired delivery date and time. Orders placed before 2 pm (JST) from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays,
will be shipped in approximately 3 days after completion of the payment. Delivery may be delayed due to weather or other circumstances.

Payment Method

We accept credit cards (VISA/MASTER/JCB/AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and Cash on Delivery (Sagawa Express e-Collect). A separate handling fee will be charged for Cash on Delivery. * Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders exceeding 300,000 yen in total or for shipments outside of Japan. Orders for shipment outside of Japan will be cancelled if Cash on Delivery is selected.

Return or exchange of defective items

Refunds for returned items
