Customers who wish to return or exchange
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for products purchased on the [V12] official website and delivered within Japan. For products purchased at other stores, please contact the store of purchase.
- Products that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged (except for fitting).
- Please try it on indoors.
- Returns and exchanges for customer convenience without contact within 7 days from the arrival of the product will be invalid.
- If you wish to exchange, you can only exchange for items of the same value.

返品・交換についての注意事項

ご返品と再購入を、同時に行っていただくことで、お早く交換いただけます。
ただし、ご返品商品が下記の注意事項に該当する場合、返金できかねますことご留意ください。
- V12オフィシャルサイトで購入された場合に限り、返品・交換を承ります。その他の店舗で購入された商品につきましては購入店舗へのお問い合わせをお願いいたします。
- 交換をご希望の場合、同一商品のサイズ違い、および色違いに限り交換可能です。
- 異なる商品への交換をご希望の場合、お手数おかけしますが、ご返品いただいた後に、再購入をお願いいたします。
- 返品・交換は、ご注文の各商品ごとに、一度だけ承ります。
- 一度ご使用になられた商品は返品・交換ができません（試着は除く）
- 室内での試着をお願い致します。
- 商品到着より、7日以内にご連絡の無いお客様都合の返品・交換は無効となります。
- お客様のご都合による返品・交換は、日本国内に配送した商品のみ承ります。
- お届けした商品に不備があった場合、送料は弊社負担とさせていただきます。
- イメージと違った、サイズが合わない等、お客様の都合での返品・交換の場合、送料はお客様負担とさせていただきます。
