If you wish to return or exchange an item, please read the notes carefully and submit your request using the return/exchange request form below.

Shipping Fee
- When returning or exchanging an item for personal reasons , such as "ordering mistake," "the size doesn't fit," or "the item was different from what I expected," the shipping costs for the return will be prepaid and paid by the customer.
- If you are returning or exchanging an item due to reasons on our part, such as "You received a different product" or "You received a defective product", we will cover the shipping costs. Please return the item by cash on delivery.
Notes
Returns and exchanges are only available for products purchased on the V12 official website.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- If you have already returned or exchanged your order
- If used outside of indoor fitting
- If the item has been washed or dry-cleaned
- If the product tag or label is damaged, lost, or removed
- If the item smells of tobacco or perfume, is stained or deformed from being tried on, has been altered (such as by altering the hem), or is otherwise significantly no longer functional as a product
- If the delivery address of the product is outside of Japan
