Play Fee
29,300 yen (includes caddy fee, party fee, all-you-can-drink soft drinks during the party, and usage tax). Please settle your payment individually at the golf course.

Reception Start Time
6:15 AM (First group tee-off at 7:30 AM)
Meeting Time
7:15 AM in front of the starter house (for a group photo)
Regardless of your tee time, please strictly adhere to the 7:15 AM meeting time in front of the starter house!
Estimated Party Start Time
Expected to be around 2:30 PM.
Those who do not attend the party will forfeit their prizes.
Dress Code
Please coordinate your outfit with your favorite V12 wear.
A Best Dresser Award will also be given.
Competition Format
18-hole stroke play, Double Peoria System
Men: Regular tees
Women: Ladies' tees
6-inch preferred lies OK (through the green), one club length on the green OK
*Group pairings for the competition will be announced via LINE one week prior to the event.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that cancellation fees will apply to the event participation fee at the following rates:
Cancellation 30 days before the event: Full refund
Cancellation 29 to 14 days before the event: 50% refund
13 days before to the day of the event: No refund
*This policy applies even in the event of rain, as the competition will proceed.
*In the unlikely event that the competition cannot be held (e.g., golf course closure), a full refund will be issued.
*In case of a refund, you will be responsible for the bank transfer fees.
