Registration Start Time
6:30 AM (First group tee-off at 8:02 AM)

Meeting Time
7:30 AM at the Start House (Group photo will be taken)
Regardless of your tee-off time, all participants must gather at the Start House by 7:30 AM!

Party Start (Estimated)
Expected to be around 3:30 PM.
Participants who do not attend the party will forfeit their prize eligibility.

Dress Code
Please coordinate your outfit with your favorite V12 apparel.
There will also be a Best Dressed Award.

Competition Format
18-hole Stroke Play, Double Peoria System
Men: Regular Tee
Women: Ladies Tee
6-inch preferred lies allowed (through the green), 1-grip preferred lie on the green allowed.

*Details regarding competition pairings and meeting times will be sent via LINE one week prior to the event.
 
Cancellation Policy
Please note that cancellation fees will apply to the event participation fee as follows:

Cancellation 30 days or more before the event: Full refund
Cancellation 29 to 14 days before the event: 50% refund
Cancellation 13 days to the day of the event: No refund

　*In the event the competition cannot be held (e.g., golf course closure), a full refund will be issued.
　*For refunds, you will be responsible for the bank transfer fees.
