Regardless of your tee time, please ensure you gather in front of the clubhouse by 7:20 AM!

Party end time (estimated)
Expected to be around 3:30 PM.
Those who do not attend the party will forfeit their prizes.

Please coordinate with your favorite V12 apparel.

A Best Dresser Award will also be given.

18-hole stroke play, Double Peoria system

Men: Regular tees
Women: Ladies tees

6-inch place OK (through the green), green 1-putt OK

Please note that cancellation fees will be incurred at the following rates for the event participation fee upon cancellation.

Cancellation 30 days before the event: Full refund

Cancellation 29 to 14 days before the event: 50% refund

13 days before to the day of the event: No refund
