*Competition pairings and meeting times will be notified by email one week before the event.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that in the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged based on the event participation fee as follows:

Cancellation 30 days before the event: Full refund

Cancellation between 29th and 14 days before the event: 50% refund

13 days before to the day of the reservation: No refund

*The event will be held rain or shine, so this rule also applies in the event of rain.

*If the competition cannot be held (e.g., due to golf course closure), a full refund will be given.

*In the case of a refund, you will be responsible for the bank transfer fee.
